Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Entry / Customer Service Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the success of the daily quota for the team.
Responsibilities:
· Update price & product descriptions.
· Review data for discrepancies, missing information and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures as required.
· Data Entry (+35 mwp ).
· Assist customers with special pricing requests.
· Receives, researches, and answers customer questions regarding accounts, products, prices and services offered, via telephone.
· Strong written and verbal communication skill.
· Actively listen to each customer with patience and courtesy.
· Ability to multi-task, balance multiple assignments and manage time effectively.
· Proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
· Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
· Provide clerical and secretarial support to office staff while maintaining an efficient office environment.
· Respond to service requests both by email and/or telephone.
· Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
· Self-starter with high level of motivation, integrity and ability to work independently.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and a team player
· Perform all other office tasks as needed.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
