Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound Calls: You will be responsible for promptly and professionally answering incoming calls, providing a friendly greeting, and ensuring a positive first impression for the caller. Your goal will be to create a welcoming and helpful environment for our customers.
- Assisting Customers: Actively listen to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints, and provide accurate and relevant information or solutions to address their needs. Your ability to empathize with customers, offer guidance, and resolve issues effectively will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responding to & Scheduling Leads: In addition to answering phone calls, you will be responsible for responding to leads generated through various channels, including email, live chat, social media, and website inquiries. Timely and helpful responses to potential customers will be essential, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Managing Marketing Channels: You will be entrusted with the upkeep of multiple marketing channels, ensuring that content is published on time with a consistent brand message. Collaborating with the marketing team will contribute to maintaining a strong online presence and engaging with potential customers.
- Maintaining Professionalism: As a representative of our company, you will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions. Your patience, empathy, and understanding will be crucial, even in challenging situations, to provide exceptional service to our customers.
