Urgent Care Group (UCG) is a growing healthcare network operating more than 57 Urgent Care centers in six states. Through acquisition and de novo growth, we are developing new centers by partnering with leading Urgent Care providers and health systems.
We are searching for a Customer Service driven professional who desires the challenge of working in a fast-paced healthcare industry. The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for Tier 2 customer support for the Microsoft Windows desktop environment by managing escalated helpdesk requests, hardware refresh projects, and proactive process improvement enhancements. This position requires to work in office with the availability to travel locally and regional.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests escalated from help desk
- Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Assist in the administration and support of the Company's PCs, printers, scanners, and related equipment
- PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Document internal procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and to contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Reliable transportation
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office365, TCP/IP networking, various software applications and current PC hardware
- 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Technical degree or certifications
- Google Workspace experience
