About the Team The B2B Support Team comes alongside business reps nationwide to act as a liaison between customers, B2B reps and Verizon Customer Service to resolve account needs. Our main goal is to provide an outstanding Customer Service experience for our clients. This position will focus on analyzing and researching accounts to identify promotions, equipment pricing, billing concerns, etc. Qualifications To include but not limited to... Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members including other departments, regional markets, sales representatives, managers, and Verizon partners via email and phone. Team player mentality with the ability to influence positive change effectively Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills Detail oriented problem solver with strong critical thinking and time management skills Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities as needed, and work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams Desired Skills To include but not limited to...
