Customer Service Analyst – Deliver from Retail Kitchen
Summary: Customer Service Analyst has the primary responsibility of executing Supply Chain side of responsibilities for the "Deliver from Retail Kitchen” program. JFFD is targeting $500K+ savings across the country by fulfilling ecommerce and retail deliveries directly from our own retail kitchens.
Job Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact between Retail Operations, Ecommerce, and other Supply Chain functions to make sure JFFD can achieve its savings aspirations.
- Management and processing of E-commerce orders that should be fulfilled from retail kitchens. Including but not limited to deciding which retail kitchen to fill from, which ones should be re-routed back to 3PL network, and escalations on unfillable orders.
- Planning Demand for following weeks to re-supply the retail kitchens correctly
- Managing inventory levels at retail kitchens and ASC warehouses, coordinating with the retail team on bi-weekly deliveries into retail kitchens, optimizing between fulfillment and storage capacity
- Cooperate with Retail Operations to optimize Delivery Zones and schedules to maximize route density.
- Ownership of Customer Master Data, in relation to which customers should be fulfilled via which distribution channel.
- Continuous Improvement of process flows, by collaborating with Retail Operations and IT
- The role will initially cover Los Angeles and San Diego regions’ orders and will be expanded over time to national coverage.
