Customer Service Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a high level of organizational skills to work in a positive, client driven, team-based environment. Must be able to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of personnel within the Company and with our clients and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure accurate order entry through knowledge of client’s products and policies for proper delivery to the customer.

Communicate all necessary order information to clients regarding our customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders

Review order dashboard for alerts on a daily (hourly) basis.

Resolve order issues with knowledge, experience, research, and communication with internal and external groups in a professional manner.

Ensure accurate pricing and promotion information for each order.

Perform special assignments for the company as needed.

Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients and co-workers.

Education and Other Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills, and be able to effectively communicate with others.

Specialized Knowledge - PC Proficiency and strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier.

Language Skills - Fluent English is required
