Wedi Corporation (www.wedicorp.com) is the worldwide industry leader in the manufacturing and development of high-performance and quality shower systems and backer board systems used in the construction of custom tiled wet rooms.
JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities are but not limited to supporting our sales, marketing, and service teams by providing data reporting, competitive analysis, forecasting, and actionable insights to drive strategic-decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement,
- Develop and maintain specialized reports, including KPIs, pricing controls, and rebates,
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and inform pricing strategies,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast sales, identify market trends, and make recommendations for sales strategies,
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for tracking and managing order scheduling to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction,
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance sales and service performance,
- Support the Sales and Customer Service Team in creating and implementing sales strategies to improve Customer Service and drive revenue growth,
- Learn and understand the company's business model, processes, products, and customer base to provide meaningful insights and recommendations,
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of Customer Service experience, B2B manufacturing Customer Service experience preferred,
- Minimum Associate Degree required,
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills required,
- Advanced proficiency using Word and Excel applications,
- Experience using ERP systems to create reports,
- Exceptional oral/written communication, Customer Service and time management skills,
- Organized, attention to detail, strong analytical and exceptional conflict resolution skills,
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines or exceed goals,
- Creates an environment that motivates, inspires and respects others, working within a team environment,
- The ability to execute and support an active selling approach with customers in support of the outside sales channel teams,
