We are searching for an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting an assigned base of customers to deliver a positive customer experience through all interactions via phone, email, and other communication platforms. If you have strong Customer Service experience, a background in printing or other types of manufacturing, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities, we encourage you to apply. Job Description
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding production capabilities, pricing, project status and invoicing.
- Manage small to large customer print projects with a high attention to detail from start to finish to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Act as a customer advocate and a “voice of customer” throughout our organization.
- Support and work closely with the sales team on various project and administrative duties to increase customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer business/revenue through relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Remain current regarding product knowledge, materials, production methods, technologies, and customer experience best practices.
- Set and manage client expectations to best facilitate day-to-day client interaction.
- Identify and assist in evaluating opportunities for process improvements throughout the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience in the printing or manufacturing industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail is required
- Computer Skills: MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn other technology platforms and programs as required.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee spends the largest part of the day sitting. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, sitting, walking, and bending all day. There could be lifting requirements of up to 25 lbs.
