M. Coast Enterprise is expanding its reach into the Lawndale area with our government-funded program partner. We specialize in outreach in the local underserved communities. Our program partner is one that prioritizes giving all Americans the opportunity to experience the benefits of having a phone service, like staying connected with family, and securing and maintaining employment.
We are now seeking to expand our Community Outreach team, so we need individuals who:
- Can work with different members of the community on a daily basis
- Have a strong passion for helping others
- Can work independently and also in a team setting
- Can receive our hands-on and classroom-style training
- Are looking for a challenge
- Have a passion for the field of communications
We will provide complete training from the ground up in:
- Community Outreach
- Customer Service
- Upselling on additional program accessories
- Creating and maintaining professional relationships
- Leadership Development
- Personal Development
Qualified Candidates Must:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Be coachable and have a student mentality
- Have a drive for success and internal growth opportunities
- Have proficient communication skills
- Can conduct themselves in a professional manner
