Community Outreach Associate

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Outreach Associate to join our ambitious team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building relationships within the community, raising awareness about our clients services, and enrolling customers for our clients products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with community members, educate them about our clients offerings, and facilitate their enrollment on behalf of our clients.

Entry Level Community Outreach Associate Responsibilities:

• Present information on our clients products and services to prospective customers with energy and enthusiasm to meet sales goals
• Represent our clients with professionalism when meeting with customers
• Constantly maintain an awareness that you are the face of both our company and our clients brand while meeting with potential customers
• Execute various sales initiatives to prospective customers on behalf of our clients
• Maintain up to date knowledge on our clients products and services in order to effectively facilitate sales initiatives
• Use your suburb communication skills to communicate with both clients, customers and team members
• Create positive customer engagement opportunities with fellow team members to bring positive awareness to our clients products and services
• Customer service
• Participate in team meetings, offering suggestions and areas for improvement
• Work with a dedicated team of individuals to meet and exceed our clients customer outreach and sales goals
• Lead a team of like-minded individuals to meet sales goals and initiatives

Entry Level Community Outreach Associate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in a customer service or sales based role preferred but not required
• Experience working in a position that required you to collaborate with a team of individuals
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus!
• Superior communication skills
• A natural people person

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
