Community Outreach Representative

Clear Concepts Management is expanding across the San Rafael region, so we are looking for additional Community Outreach Representatives to help manage growing client needs and assist both new and existing clients with the best products and sales services available. Our open opportunity as a Community Outreach Representative is a chance to get a foot in the door with a company full of career mobility to middle and upper-level management. A Community Outreach Representative helps the community establish what program and services are the best fit for them. Together, our solutions impact the everyday lives of community members.

We equip our Community Outreach Representatives with the knowledge and resources necessary to assist our client in making their innovations known and achieving their overall sales, outreach, and customer service goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Community Outreach Representative:

• Enthusiastically educate customers about our client’s programs, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed
• Exhibit open and interactive communication to connect with consumer accounts and initiate the sales and customer service processes
• Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing customer accounts
• Answer questions from customers regarding products and sales orders using information available from our telecommunications clients
• Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times
• Work collaboratively with fellow Community Outreach Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals

Qualifications we look for in a Community Outreach Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended
• 1+ years of customer service, outreach, retail, or a client-focused environment is preferred
• Passionate about identifying solutions to better the customer experience
• Strong, active listening and sales presentation abilities
• Driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
