Entry Level Community Outreach Associate

Our Community Outreach Associate's main responsibilities consist of:

• Being an active part of the client experience including customer engagement, client acquisition and problem solving concerns
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and solicit customer feedback and input
• Providing excellent customer service and being able to handle inquiries and concerns in a fast and efficient manner
• Keeping a positive and uplifting attitude to boost daily productivity and the client experience
• Ensuring prospective clients are enrolled properly and all standard processes are followed
• Attending all company meetings regarding updated promotions, services, or any changes in policies

We are looking for a Community Outreach Associate with the below qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in client services, customer support, sales, or similarly backgrounds
• Ability to build genuine relationships with clients and develop a sense of trust
• A team-oriented, mindset with the willingness to collaborative with others in an open environment where ideas are discussed and evaluated
• Adaptability to challenges and an expert in problem solving
• Enthusiastic tone, high energy, and friendly demeanor
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment
• Reliable and timely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
