We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office area
- Provide general information to clients or visitors
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of chiropractic or medical office procedures is a plus
- Knowledge and belief in chiropractic is a plus or willing to learn is a must
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
