SalaryWe are a busy Chiropractic office located in San Ramon. We are currently looking for a part-time Front Desk receptionist for our afternoon/ morning weekend shift. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a great personality, friendly, a positive attitude, a fast learner with the ability to multitask. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours of availability; additional floating hours as needed:
Fridays: 12:00pm to 6:00pm (Afternoon shift)
Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm (Mornings)
Every other Sunday: 8:00am to 12:00pm (Mornings)
DUTIES REQUIRED AS FOLLOWS:
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (experience in Chrio8000 is a plus)faxing, scanning, filing, keyboarding; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner while being knowledgeable and courteous when assisting patients.
- Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional and pleasant disposition; calls originate from patients, lawyers, staff, and insurance agencies and transferring calls appropriately.
- File, pull, and sort documentation including reports, medical records and treatment cards.
- Perform clerical functions related to ongoing department operations, scheduling appointments, checking in and out patients, collecting co-pays, deductibles, and cash handling for office fees etc.
- Maintain/replenish office forms and supplies needed for Front Desk operations.
- Assist providers with X-ray set up depending upon needs of patient.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A Driver's license is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 14 per week
