We're on the hunt for a dynamic part-time Front Desk Receptionist / Patient coordinator (20-30 hrs/week) to enhance our bustling chiropractic wellness center , where multiple practitioners work together to deliver exceptional care.
Here's what we need from you:
- A knack for multitasking: handling customer inquiries, managing payments, scheduling appointments, and juggling several phone lines with ease.
- Experience in insurance verifications and a foundational knowledge of insurance matters, including workers' compensation and personal injury cases, would be ideal.
- A natural problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
- An incredibly outgoing and friendly demeanor.
- Ideally, you've spent at least 2 years at the Front Desk in a medical or chiropractic setting.
- Availability: Mondays /Wednesdays /Fridays - 1:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
- Compensation: Expect an hourly wage between $18 to $22.
- Prior experience in a chiropractic or medical office setting will put you at the top of our list.
