SalaryOur private practice is searching for a health minded, self-motivated individual who can perform the following responsibilities at our office and fit in to our small office.
- Warmly greets each patient as they check in for their appointment
- Orchestrate flow of the office (Receive payments for each visit, schedule next appointments)
- Maintain communication with patients via phone and email
- Provide clean treatment rooms to each patient
- Document patient notes
Skills/Experience:
- Must be well organized, be able to multi-task and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Google Workplace, Microsoft office. Chirotouch experience preferred.
- Skilled in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public.
- High school diploma required.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday: 09:45AM- 2:00PM, 3:00PM-7:00PM
Friday: 9:30AM-2:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
