SalaryEstablished and busy chiropractic office in Fountain Valley is looking for a full time Front Desk Associate/Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team. Ideal candidate must be a team player, energetic, positive, organized, able to multitask, enjoy working with patients and have a professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Duties and Requirements:
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: servicing all incoming/outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, preparing treatment rooms, greeting/assisting patients, preparing/updating patient files.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Must be available to work on Saturdays
-Must be able to multitask, interact with patients and communicate effectively
-Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours
-Medical experience a plus but not required. Willing to train right candidate

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
