SalaryWe are an Upper Cervical Chiropractic Office looking for a friendly front office team member with high motivation and awesome customer service skills.
Entry level Position available for the right candidate to start immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting patients
Answering multiple telephone lines and checking messages
Scanning patients
Loading exam rooms
Managing patient appointments
Collecting patient payments
Updating and managing patient records
Insurance Eligibility
Chart preparation and maintaining patient information database
Patient check in/checkout
Ability to work independently and highly organized
Part Time: 2 days a week. Tuesday 9am-5pm and Thursday 10am-630pm.
