Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the clinic and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position also offers the potential for advancement to a Chiropractic Assistant role.
Responsibilities:
Patient Assistance:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide patients through initial paperwork and ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately.
- Schedule appointments, take payment, and manage patient records with confidentiality.
Office Administration:
- Perform general office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, texts, fax, and managing appointment calendars.
- Filing/uploading paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and minimal office tidying up.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Support Chiropractic Staff:
- Assist chiropractors during patient therapies, exam, or treatments.
- Set up, prepare, and clean treatment rooms for patient appointments.
- Follow established protocols to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Patient Education:
- Provide information to patients regarding clinic procedures, chiropractic care, and overall wellness.
- Support in organizing educational content, filming patient testimonials, conducting workshops or events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or clerical role is preferred. Valid references from previous positions are required.

- Experience in a similar health care support role or knowledge of basic human anatomy
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and multitask to maintain office flow.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for record keeping.
- Proficient in computer skills – ability to learn to run and use multiple software programs at once.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills for creating exceptional patient care.
Working Hours: M-F 1:45PM-6:00PM
