We are seeking a preferably experienced and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, maintaining patients electronic health records and handling customer service requests. We have a very friendly, positive, and collaborative team. We will have an opening for a part-time receptionist or potentially full time. The office is open Monday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Answer patients questions.
- Update and maintain patients electronic health records.
- Work with the chiropractor and office manager to properly coordinate patient care.
- Welcoming and greeting patients.
- Answering calls and responding to voicemails.
- Prepare the office in the morning (turn on lights, heater, music etc)
- Check and answer emails.
- Interact with patients, set up appointments, and relay messages.
- Collect and record payments from patients.
- Answer questions about the organization, providing callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Very simple office tasks like taking out the trash, watering the plants, restocking sale items.
- Perform administrative support tasks as requested.
- Manage social media accounts
Skills:
- Experience with customer service and interacting with people.
- Willingness to learn.
- organized, efficient, detail oriented, able to work independently and the ability to effectively change from one task to another, while prioritizing various projects
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
