We are hiring for our Back Office Assistant, 7:45-11:45 am and 1:00-5:00 pm Mon-Wed and Fri and 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:00-5:00 pm Thursdays. We are looking for a dedicated, long-term employees to fill this important role and join our team. You must be self-directed and able to set and achieve goals as well as work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion, professionalism and organization.

Job requirements of this position include:

demonstrating exercising/stretches

applying therapies on patients

entering chart notes into EHR software

answering phones/scheduling patients/insurance verification

Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 11:45 am and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am- 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
