We are a busy, faith-based, mission-focused office that is centered around education on natural health principles. Our office is seeking individuals that have characteristics of either the Check-In Chiropractic Assistant or Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our dynamic team.
The Check-in Chiropracitc Assistant: needs to be a highly energetic, extroverted person whose primary focus is always patient flow, and compliance. They are always ready to receive the incoming patients, and she/he is the time-keeper for the office. The check-In CA is responsible for incoming calls and is instrumental in setting the patient's expectations for their appointments. Check-in CA must always be encouraging, inclusive and positive when speaking to patients. She/He is the biggest promoter of the office and teaches the importance of staying consistent with care.
The Check out Chiropracitc Assistant: need to be highly detailed, strategic and a reliable person whose primary focus is patient accounts, mapping, collections, and building patient relationships. The check-Out CA is primarily responsible for financial agreements, setting expectations and agreements, answering basic insurance questions and closures. The check-Out CA is instrumental in working with the Check-In CA and supporting her/him, as well as being aware of office flow.
NO previous chiropractic background is required. (All necessary training will be provided on the job)
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment as this is not JUST a desk/receptionist job
The Chiropractic Assistant (CA) will specialize in patient communication/processing and office management skills, as well as marketing for the office including going to events and participating within the community and using great creativity/innovation.

-Availability up to 2 weekend shifts per month with appropriate notice
-Evening availability is a must
-Must be resilient and able to receive feedback
-Will be required to learn/memorize office verbiage
-Will be required to market
-Must have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and technology
-Must be willing and comfortable speaking in front of groups of people and educating others
-Must be flexible with hours (not a 9-5 Monday-Friday job), some evenings
-Will be required to travel 2x per year for team trainings requiring a flight and/or long drive
*HOURS FOR THIS POSITION: 35-40 hours per week (more depending on season). Bonus/commission structure for this position is an added benefit.
