Responsibilities
1. Assist the TPA on helping business clients with Pension Plan design and administration
2. Collect census data from clients to determine eligibility and vesting schedule
3. Monitor clients’ 401(k) accounts on enrollment and termination processes
4. Assist the TPA on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ERISA laws and regulations on pension legislation
5. Assist with other administrative duties and projects assigned by the TPA
Qualifications
1) Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
2) At least 3~5 years of relevant experience in Pension Plan setup
3) Proficient in computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe: Acrobat
4) Good verbal and written communication skills in English
5) Good organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
