Objective

Our P&C team is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team to support business development for our Commercial Lines department.

Responsibilities:

· Presenting our services and solutions to prospective clients.

· Bringing new business prospects to closure.

· Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services.

· Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the nest quotes possible for clients.

· Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines.

· Maintain proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.

· Attend training sessions, courses to maintain up-to-date skills.

Qualifications:

· Active license in Property & Casualty Insurance

· Bilingual in Chinese and English

· Minimum 6 ~ 10 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience

· Experience in selling to a specific industry and surplus line insurance policies is a plus.

· Good listening skills and the ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

· Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
