Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual who is fluent in both Chinese and English to take on the role of a Bilingual General Assistant. This position involves translation work, requiring proficiency in translating between Chinese and English. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating effective communication within our diverse team and ensuring seamless interaction with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Translate documents, emails, and communications from Chinese to English and vice versa.

Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination.

Act as a liaison between team members who communicate in different languages.

Provide language support during meetings, conferences, and other company events.

Assist in maintaining clear communication channels with international clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in translations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Previous experience in administrative role is an advantage.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
