Job Description:
- Oversee, provide, and perform all HR related functions
- Bridge management and employee relations to improve company communication, process, and growth
- Support current and future business needs
- Assist with recruiting, coordinate interview process and schedule, candidate assessment process and provide support to the hiring team
- Implement and Administer HR policies and programs
- Collaborate with all departments to support business
- Participate in special HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience: none to 1-2 years
- Must be Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
