Objective
As an IT System Administrator, your primary objective is to install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, server, network, and related infrastructure technology. You will also assist users to troubleshoot daily operation and technical problems.

Responsibilities
· System Maintenance: Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes. Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
· System Configuration: Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
· User Support and Training: Provide support to system users by troubleshooting issues and training users on how to use system software and hardware efficiently.
· Policy Development: Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers.
· Documentation: Maintain documentation of configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures related to system hardware, software, and configuration.
· Project Management and Execution: Independently lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives with minimal supervision. This includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, workflows, and system integration.
Qualifications
1. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
2. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Azure administration.
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network administration.
4. Experience with cloud-managed networking solutions and services.
5. Ability to meet deadlines with effective time management skills.
