Summary of positionResponsible for overall direction and management of the Finance Department to include planning and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for approximately 50 Skilled Nursing Facilities in multiple states.
Requirements of the positionRequired Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- At least 5 years’ experience working in an analytical position for a healthcare company
- Experience working in a rapid cycle, decision support role, and very dynamic business environment
- Significant healthcare claims analysis experience
- Advanced analytical skill set
- Superior Excel skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
- Demonstrated leadership competency
- Ability to travel to multi-state facilities
- Polished communication and presentation skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Masters' Degree in Finance
- Insurance work experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
