Job Summary:
The CFO develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans and directing finance staff. Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, critical measurements, and working with executive management in determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service driven strategies while maintaining a strong emphasis on the company’s core values and unique mission statement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
- Responsible for securing bank financing (both mortgage re-finance and line of credit)
- Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Proactively develops organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking direction in line with organizational objectives.
- Work as a Strategic Business Partner with Operational Business Leaders to:
- Increase Market Share
- Increase Profitability
- Identify, analyze, prioritize and drive new and improved business initiatives, including strategic business partnerships/acquisitions.
- Work as a Strategic Business Partner with Controller to:
- Assist in finance operations as needed
- Analyze, prioritize and drive new cost savings initiatives and negotiate with customers and vendors to increase profits.
- Direct and analyze studies of general economic, business or financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operation.
- Enhance value of financial records and information through ability to understand the meaning and communicate this to management in a manner that allows direct action.
- Create and build relationships with key vendors and strategic partners that aligns with the strategy and enables the business to grow.

Education and Experience:
- 10-15 years of finance/operations experience.
- Prior experience in a rapid-growth environment required.
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
- BS Degree preferably in business/finance, MBA preferred.
- Strong Banking Relationships required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP required.
