What you'll be doing:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for planning, developing, directing, training and overseeing accounting and finance for the entire family of companies.
- Oversee the accounting and finance teams to ensure statements are done both accurately and timely and to ensure we develop and maintain banking relationships.
- Responsible for the risk management of property and liability for the company.
- Responsible for long-term financial planning.
- Provides input on corporate matters which includes new investment opportunities, existing operations, etc., as directed by the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- A member of the corporate management team and an officer of the company.
What we're looking for:
- BA or BS in Business, Accounting or related field, or equivalent
- CPA
- 8-10 years of accounting and finance experience with Corporate accounting experience preferred
- 5-7 years of direct management experience, coaching, developing, and leading collaborative teams
