Oversee assigned facility operations within a Region utilizing hands on attribute's whose strengths include facility turnaround, team building, and customer service. Continuously drive operational improvements and turnaround under performing locations.
How you will spend your time
- Utilize "Data Points" to identify performance opportunities and drive best practices
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment
- Plan, develop, and implement company programs in conjunction with the company's operational budget and state and federal regulations
- Management duties include, but are not limited to, hiring, training, and developing, coaching, counseling, and managing department staff
- Partner and collaborate with senior and regional clinical and operations teams
- Develop a service centric culture for both internal and external customers
- Maintain knowledge of CMS Quality rating systems; Lead and assist facilities with plans for improvement of facility ratings
- Provide guidance and leadership throughout surveys or complaint investigations
- Other duties, as assigned
The qualifications you will need
- LTC experience required
- Current/active state Nursing Home Administrator license in state operating
- Must be willing to travel extensively both regional and overnight as needed
- Current/active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License or obtained within six (6) months after date of hire, unless currently an active licensed clinician in the state
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience and one (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Accounting, or related field, required
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation
