- Aidingin the overall operating model definition and global strategy for CBSorganizations including process improvement measures, digitalization goals andoutsourcing strategies to meet the DX Transformation Targets
- Supportingthe creation & maintenance of an optimization roadmap, CBS standards,methodologies, tools and training guidelines
- Establishingperformance targets and Key Performance Indicators including monitoring andmanagement reporting
- Thepreparation of CBS SteerCo presentations including Business Case, financialsand decision approval records
- Establishingand facilitating a CBS community for regular exchanges, best practice sharing,guideline trainings and escalation topics (operational or strategic)
- Auditsupport

- Excellentpresentation skills with the ability to visualize data and reduce complex datasets to drive compelling conclusions
Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance,Business Administration or related discipline required. MBA preferred
- 10+ years of working experienceleading business performance analytics, and business performance improvementinitiatives
- Relevant experience in processmanagement of strategic/tactic change projects
- Relevant experience supportingcross-functional leadership teams
- Relevant experience inorganizing and conducting improvement workshops, and leading change initiatives
- Working knowledge of Financeand Accounting processes and regulations
