Team/Function Overview:
Our organization owns application support and the delivery of infrastructure services to the Institutional Clients Group at Citi, through our global and diverse team of over 3000 people positioned across over 60 cities and 30 countries.
The ICG Production Management (ICG PM) organization provides business critical application management and support to our ICG clients globally.

Role / Position Overview:
The ICG NAM Production Management Stability Governance Lead works closely with stakeholders to drive and execute stability deliverables and governance across ICG Production Management.
This role sits within the Continual Service Improvement Team and will support ICG Production Management objectives in delivering excellence for our clients through our production stability.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include the following:

• Leadership in the execution, delivery, and governance of ICG PM Stability Program across all Stability Products and Initiatives (Enterprise Watch, Release Permit, OPSFUN).
• Co-ordinate, review and deliver critical governance products for ICG PM, this will include Monthly Operating Stability forums (ICG and Enterprise) as well as a range of internal monthly and quarterly Executive and Business Management updates and where needed external material for Regulators.
• Lead Stability reviews across lines of business and produce quarterly business stability summaries; looking for opportunities to standardize and automate processes to ensure a sustainable and consistent operating model across all ICG businesses.
• Analyze report findings, and recommend interventions where needed, proposing creative and pragmatic solutions to Stability challenges.
• Partner with ICG PM Senior Management Team and directs to develop approaches for addressing existing and emerging stability concerns, taking accountability for implementation of improvement strategies.
• Participate in annual attestation and review activities relating to key artefacts e.g. Severity Matrices, Change Risk Index, Escalation procedures etc.
• Participate in and prepare material for Quarterly Manager Control Assessments.
• Oversee efforts to improve the delivery quality. Also ensure KPIs and Status reporting is accurate.
• Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration across wider Enterprise Technology Organization's (CISO/CTI, GFT & PBWM).

Qualifications / Key Skills:

• Extensive industry or service improvement experience
• Demonstrated leadership, experience working or leading complex initiatives / programs of work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships
• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable, creative, executive presentation and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to construct, drive and represent key objectives and strategies - attention to detail a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high standard
• Team player who encourages collaboration, cooperation and trust within and across teams
• Exposure to leading edge technology beneficial
