Position Summary:
The Processing Associate, aka Trimmer, is primarily responsible for hand trimming (perpetual trimming and bucking) cannabis in preparation for sale. In addition, the Processing Associate, aka Trimmer, is expected to assist in harvesting and pre-packaging and perform other duties in cure and farming as assigned.

- Maintain organizational and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties
- Maintain and follow the company’s cultivation facility policies and procedures
- Uphold the quality of the finished product while trimming flower
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase department productivity
- Reference to Cultivation SOPs, especially pertaining to contamination prevention
- May not have home grow or any interaction with outside grow facility
- Assist in the pre-pack department
- Assist with general cultivation facility maintenance and cleaning.
- All other job duties may be assigned.
Essential qualifications and work requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of essential computer functions and ability to learn how to use various software and programs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have obtained a valid Employee Badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division before the date of hire
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods
- Must be able to work in cultivation facilities with moderate to loud noise levels and changing working conditions
- May require the use of safety equipment or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed
