Job Description
- Lead on business value creation through the identification and implementation of high value D&A capabilities
- Build and Own the regional D&A strategy for in line with the Client global strategy
- Lead the delivery of key D&A capabilities within region
- Manage and engage internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the feedback conduit for product development based on communication and training feedback
- Create "closed feedback systems” across all D&A initiatives.
- Act as D&A product owner for the region to prioritise capability delivery backlogs and new requests
- Lead Agile rituals such as daily stand-ups and bi-weekly demos.
- Hands-On Jira backlog, roadmap and portfolio updates and management
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
- Build a community of D&A adopters within the region
- Create awareness and interest in D&A products amongst key stakeholder groups comprising
- Senior Stakeholders – Regional Management, Brand Leaders, Finance Leaders, HR Learning & Development
- D&A Product Users
- Create a library of self-serve communications
- Short engaging product awareness videos
- Demo sessions
- Create and deliver structured training for stakeholder groups
- Ensure training materials are available to be self-served on internal training portals.
- Leverage modern interactive training tools to deliver training across users globally.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills: High level of spoken and written English and presentation skills. Additional regional languages preferred.
- Prior accomplishment as a successful Head of D&A or Scrum Master or Product owner or Trainer
- Knowledge and appreciation in cloud based Data & Analytics technologies required
- Knowledge and experience in either Consumer Packaged Goods or Food Retail environments or ecommerce environments preferred.
