The WNFR Governance Lead will facilitate multiple Governance Forums including the Risk Oversight Committees for the Commercial Banking and Global Banking Senior Business Management team. The Lead will coordinate and manage the creation and distribution of the decks/presentations. The role is responsible for partnering and communicating across US WNFR and our Wholesale Business partners for their inputs.
Here’s what you can expect:
As our WNFR Governance Lead, you will support and identify thematic issues or risks to ensure proactive management of top emerging risks. There will also be a requirement for end to end execution of special projects assigned by management in the Wholesale Non-Financial Risk space. Responsibilities include managing, coordinating, presenting decks and presentations for Regulators and governance forums held with Sr. Management, and shared with the regulators. This role also involves managing and coordinating the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) quarterly meetings for both the Commercial and Global Banking Sr. Management teams.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $129,800 and $194,700.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
