Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator for our Seniors at an Elite Private Duty Home Care Agency

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling our caregivers and staffing shifts for in home care for multiple clients at different times, recruiting candidates and employee retention. The Scheduling Coordinator is a key figure in the Agency that communicates directly with the care team in the elder's home. The Scheduling Coordinator must be trustworthy, honest, caring and a team player. The Scheduling Coordinator must also have caregiving experience.
Other duties include, maintaining daily staffing schedules, able to work under pressure, communicating with employees and clients, recruiting new employees, accurately inputting client data, and managing multiple tasks. The Coordinator will have to be prepared and have the experience to sit with the client until their caregiver arrives in emergency cases. The Staffing Coordinator must be proficient in scheduling, knowledgeable of HIPAA and client confidentiality regulations.
This is a full time job requiring a full time commitment.
Must have at least 1-year home care or facility staffing/scheduling experience. On-call pay, salary commensurate with experience.
