We are looking for a Call Center agent to answer incoming calls, order taking and assisting with customers inquires. Other responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, Call Center experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performs high-volume data entry to deliver precise and timely orders · Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail · Attentive and precise · Able to work with limited oversight · Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
QUALIFICATIONS: · High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required · 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office · Strong computer skills
