SalaryCall Center Representative (CSR Information)
This is a call center position. Employees answer all incoming calls for CEFCU.Maintains a member-oriented focus and professionally resolves member inquires via phone in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Maintains and utilizes knowledge of CEFCU products, services, policies and procedures.
Rate of Pay - $17.67/hr.
Core Department Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Flexibility in scheduling is required. Saturdays are required with a day off during the week.
Hours during classroom/on the job training (first 8-10 weeks): are typically 8-4:30 M-F.
Must be present for every day of classroom training, 13.5 days which starts on day 5 of their employment.
Currently hiring for the later shifts: Monday-Thursday 10:30am – 7:00pm, Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm and Sat 9:00am – 4:00pm. The CSR typically works some 9:30-6 shifts when not on the closing shift. They are welcome to close everyday if they prefer once on their own
