Call Center Customer Service Representative

Duties include

Establish & maintain business & customer relationships.

· Manage Inbound & Outbound Leads

· Schedule all appointments for the Sales team

· Follow Up with Prospective Clients

· Confirmations for all scheduled appointments

· Accurately & efficiently entering lead data in CRM database

· Flexible with hours/ can be some evenings and Saturdays
