Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- 45+ WPM typing speed
