Customer Engagement Representative
Up to $22.00 per hour plus full benefits
As Customer Engagement Representative, you will:
- Join a specialist in the packaging industry
- Receive complete training
- Learn to administer the Salesforce CRM
- Utilize a list of sales prospects in Salesforce
- Reach out to prospects by phone
- Identify key decision makers
- Introduce prospects to the company's suite of packaging solutions
- Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Create price quotes
- Take, enter and process orders
- Update prospect/customer information in Salesforce
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Inside Sales / Business Development experience
- Cold Calling experience
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pluses:
- +++ Salesforce experience
