The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle escalated calls courteously and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's database.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their needs met.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
