The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle escalated calls courteously and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's database.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their needs met.
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
