Call Center/Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for entry level candidates, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, for our call center operations located in Carol Stream, IL.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries and issues using standard scripts and procedures through multiple computer applications
• Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve any questions and/or concerns
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Participates in team meetings, making recommendations to management in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness as appropriate

Qualifications

• Strong oral communication skills required
• Excellent time and attendance commitment
• Previous experience in Customer Service or related field
• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software as well as proficient in keyboard skills

Hours

Work hours will vary between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays; occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM - Noon
