We are looking for entry level candidates, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, for our call center operations located in Carol Stream, IL.
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries and issues using standard scripts and procedures through multiple computer applications
- Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve any questions and/or concerns
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
- Participates in team meetings, making recommendations to management in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness as appropriate
Qualifications
- Strong oral communication skills required
- Excellent time and attendance commitment
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software as well as proficient in keyboard skills
Hours
Work hours will vary between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday-Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays; occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM - Noon
