Business Systems Analyst, Product Information Management (PIM) Job Summary: This role will analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. The role will also be responsible for the installation, administration, upgrade/enhancement maintenance, support, and documentation of business applications that support the Pokémon Company International (TPCi) eCommerce business channel. FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt People Manager: No What you’ll do ** Be the Power User and advocate for the use of Master Data Management processes, centralized data, and the PIM platform. Represent PIM and the eCommerce systems in other company initiatives and application implementations such as PLM and ERP.  Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configures system settings (including User Access Management) and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Acquire and maintain product data from multiple data sources. Manages and executes data requests in support of business processes and new product sales initiatives. Oversee the accurate import, enrichment, and export of critical product data through technical and business process governance procedures. Drives excellence and ensures continuous improvement in quality of data through cleansing and best practices for data construction. Make data available for use in Content Management System (CMS) and front-end website systems by partnering cross functionally with data owners, digital merchandising, web developers, agencies, and IT. Understand, adapt, maintain, and improve document management processes to enable more efficient data updates and partner with stakeholders to establish standards, governance, and system administration where no processes are in place. Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality Works collaboratively as a data steward within teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that are managed in concert with PIM data. Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access. Support and train stakeholders and local users on centralized data platforms. Designs and implements details of automated systems. Provides consultation to users in automated systems. Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality and integrity problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design enhancements. Act as a Subject Matter Expert of the PIM system. Maintain a knowledge base for departments throughout the company. Vendor management: Collaborate, negotiate, delegate and direct. Works on elements of large, complex installations. Performs all aspects of system configuration assignments and assists with systems design. Performs basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, file design and storage. Maintain backlog of data system feature requests and perform increment planning.               What you’ll bring ** Experience in production support/operations final tier escalation experience desired. Experience documenting business processes. Experience writing technical requirements. Knowledge of Software as a Service (SAAS) applications. Experience with MDM, ERP, PIM, PLM or CMS systems. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, desired. Experience with Confluence and Jira, desired. Vendor management experience desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic Knowledge/Experience of SQL, desired. Agile experience required (Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming and prioritization.) Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Data Analysis in a cross functional system. Prior experience with PIM software is a plus. The full range is $125,000 - $187,000.

This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
