JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and product owners applying business and product expertise to ensure optimal value is achieved across core business processes. This position requires deep operational knowledge across business domains, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead transformational change. An evangelist for users, this position will work cross functionally to promote process improvement, waste reduction, and expanded cross-functional knowledge. Will be required to act as a product owner for key enterprise applications.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years’ experience performing progressively more complex and responsible work in a related role.
- Demonstrated excellence in client interaction, analytical skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cooperative manner.
- Previous construction industry experience preferred.
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 30%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily indoors in environmentally controlled conditions, such as an office. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Occasionally the employee will be required to stoop, kneel, or crouch, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 20 lbs.
