We’re hiring for a Business & Marketing Internat Kiswe. This is your chance to work with and help lead a company that is defining the future of interactive video streaming. The salary range applicable to this role is $20 an hour and you'll work 30 hours per week. This role ideally will sit in our US Headquarters at our offices in New Providence, New Jersey, but we are open to remote candidates who meet or exceed our qualifications.
Description
This summer, we are looking for several Interns to learn about business and marketing across several of our departments in a rotational format over a course of 10 weeks. You will gain exposure to multiple departments including marketing, product management, business development, and account management. Once you have a handle on what we do and how we do it (which will happen quickly!) you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects for our team and partners, challenging you to apply what you have learned in the classroom in a fast-paced, startup environment. To support and advocate for you during this experience, you will have an internal contact assigned to you, as well as a direct contact within HR that you’ll report to.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of Kiswe’s products and services in order to make meaningful contributions to the team
- Learn and assist in client strategy, up-selling, and execution with our account management and revenue team
- Collaborate with Business Development to evaluate potential partners and prospects, develop sales materials, pitching, and assisting in other areas of the sales process
- Work with the marketing team to dial in on strategy, projections, and go-to-market initiatives helping to drive event revenue
- Work with the product and creative team to enhance product page imagery and collateral, understand opportunities for product enhancements, and learn about the project management process
Desirable Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation in Spring 2024
- Receiving a degree in a field that is directly related to the work you are hoping to do, or have a degree with applicable skills to our business
- For marketing and design interns, experience in photoshop and illustrator is required, along with a portfolio of work to provide as an example to the team
- For business development, sponsorship and account management interns, a basic understanding of relationship management is required, and knowledge of the media & streaming landscape is a plus
- Ability to learn on-the-go, and quickly become a valuable contributor that brings new thoughts and perspectives
- A positive attitude, sense of humor, and willingness to learn new ideas
- A demonstrated history of working successfully within the unknown, bringing the ability to tackle anything that comes your way
