Role & Responsibilities
The Retail Field Execution Team is currently seeking a Business Performance Manager who will support and identify revenue generating opportunities for SEA by responding to shifting business needs and priorities in systematic and effective ways. This role will be responsible for understanding both historical and forecasted market insights along with consumer behaviors to make sound business recommendations to the Regional Sales Directors and Sr. Market Managers. The Business Performance Manager needs to be a quantitative expert with exceptional speed in analysis (providing comprehensive syntheses). In addition, this position will implement operational assessments and conduct functional requirement analysis of markets across the Central Region of: Minnesota; Wisconsin; North/South Dakota; Colorado; Montana; Nebraska; Oklahoma; Kansas; Texas; Missouri; Mississippi; Louisiana; Alabama; and Tennessee. This position will report to reporting to the Director of Business Performance Management.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 6+ years in business development and/or sales strategies roles
- Excellent Financial acumen to understand impact of programs to long-term revenue growth
- Experience working with National Retailers and/or National Carrier Operators preferred
- Extensive experience communicating cross-functionally, domestically, and up & down an organization both internally as well as with external customers/clients
- Excellent data and analytical capabilities to translate and synthesize market data to support the development of long-term and mid-term sales strategies.
- Self-starter and willingness to take initiative and drive relevant revenue growth strategies across competing and at times challenging customers
- Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders across large matrixed organizations

However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:
- Colorado: $112,000.00 to $117,000.00 w/20% Potential MBO
- NYC: $128,000.00 to $134,000.00 w/20% Potential MBO
- Washington State: $122,500.00 to $128,500.00 w/20% Potential MBO
- California: $128,000.00 to $134,000.00 w/20% Potential MBO

- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
