Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. This remote role involves the identification, establishment, and cultivation of new corporate partnerships throughout the United States to drive growth and sales for our US division. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and Establish Business Opportunities:
- Proactively identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships in the US market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and strategic business collaborators.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Utilize exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Online Webinars and Presentations:
- Lead weekly online webinars via Zoom to inform and attract potential clients.
- Analyze and optimize online sales presentations to maximize revenue.
- Networking and Events:
- Coordinate and host networking events to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement effective growth strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Engage in direct sales activities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Document Drafting:
- Draft business partnership agreements, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other necessary documents.
- CRM Utilization:
- Utilize and maintain client information in our CRM database.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales or corporate development.
- Ideally possesses experience in Business Development, sales/marketing, or operations within educational organizations.
- Proficient and experienced in public speaking.
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Highly independent and motivated to exceed sales quotas.
Salary:
$40,000~$60,000 with Commission
