Business Development Manager – Year-End Bonuses!!!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management in the oil and gas industry/mechanical piping.

Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

-Collaborate with team members and provide excellent communication

-Manage and maintain relationships with current clients

-Cold calling and follow-up on any new business leads

-Trade show set up and attendance

-Attending to any potential business leads

-Visit businesses to discuss opportunities

-Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities

Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Development roles

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies

- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term client partnerships

- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices

- Excellent communication skills
